Our center operates from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, ensuring flexibility for working families.

We welcome children as young as 6 weeks old until they are ready to embark on their kindergarten journey, ensuring a continuum of care and support throughout their early years.

Our dedicated staff members meet rigorous requirements set forth by the state of Minnesota.

They undergo comprehensive training and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest developments in early childhood education, ensuring they provide the highest quality of care and instruction.

At Hypointe Childcare, we believe that every moment is an opportunity for learning and growth.

We implement Conscious Discipline, an approach rooted in empathy and understanding, to help children develop self-regulation skills and build healthy relationships with peers and adults.

We offer nutritious breakfasts, lunches, and two snacks each day, meticulously planned to adhere to USDA guidelines.

Additionally, we accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, working closely with families and healthcare providers to ensure every child’s needs are met.

We collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive plans to manage allergies and dietary restrictions, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of our children is paramount.

Our safety measures include vigilant supervision, strict adherence to name-to-face protocols, monthly fire drills, rigorous cleaning protocols to reduce the spread of illness, secure entry systems, and more.

Our sick child policy aligns with the regulations set forth by the state of Minnesota, prioritizing the health and wellness of all children and staff members.

If a child becomes unwell during their time with us, we promptly notify parents or guardians and provide comfort and care until they can be picked up within one hour.

While it’s ultimately the responsibility of parents or guardians to arrange alternative pickup arrangements, we understand that unexpected delays can occur, and we work with families to ensure the safety and well-being of their children until they can be collected.

Our diverse range of activities is designed to engage and inspire children at every stage of development. From our comprehensive preschool program to weekly STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) classes and Stretch N Grow sessions, we provide a stimulating environment where children can explore, discover, and learn.

Smooth transitions are facilitated through a variety of techniques, including songs, practice sessions, gentle reminders, auditory cues such as ringing bells, and visual cues such as flickering lights.

These strategies help children transition seamlessly between activities and routines, promoting a sense of structure and predictability.

While we recognize the educational value of certain screen-based resources, we believe in moderation and purposeful use.

Screens are incorporated as tools to enhance learning, with access to educational resources such as Jack Hartmann Music, GoNoodle, and Cosmic Yoga.

Screen time is carefully integrated into our weekly curriculum, ensuring a balanced approach to technology use.

We prioritize open and transparent communication with parents, fostering strong partnerships between home and school.

While face-to-face interactions are encouraged, we also utilize the Daily Connect app to share updates and insights about each child’s day, ensuring parents feel informed and connected.

We understand that every child develops at their own pace, and we partner closely with parents to support their child’s potty training journey.

Consistency is key, and we provide guidance, encouragement, and resources to help children achieve this important milestone with confidence.

In addition to providing information about your child’s classroom and developmental milestones, we offer ongoing support and resources to parents.

This includes guidance on what to expect at each stage of your child’s journey, as well as information about community events such as kindergarten round-ups and pre-K screenings.

Safety is our top priority, and we conduct monthly drills to ensure that children and staff are prepared in the event of an emergency.

Emergency procedures are clearly posted for everyone’s convenience, and our staff members are trained to respond calmly and efficiently in any situation.

Details regarding holidays and closures can be found in our parent handbook, which outlines our annual calendar.

We strive to provide ample notice to families regarding any planned closures, ensuring minimal disruption to their routines.

Hypointe Childcare is closed on calendar days each year.

In addition to our core curriculum, we offer enriching STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) programs and Stretch and Grow sessions, providing children with opportunities to explore new interests and develop valuable skills outside of the classroom.

While we adhere to the state-mandated child-to-staff ratios of 1:4 for infants, 1:7 for toddlers, and 1:10 for preschoolers, we often maintain even lower ratios to ensure that every child receives individualized attention and support.

This commitment to quality care is reflected in our practices and staffing decisions.
